Attics to Basements Estate Sales is a veteran-woman-owned business. It originated from the passion of Tracy Smith and developed for those in need of an estate sale. She started working in estate sales in 2018. During her work, she fell in love with the notion of helping people. She could see the overwhelming feeling clients had during a downsizing or the loss they felt when someone lost a loved one. While she was only an employee she felt she couldn't help the client like she wanted to. This gave her the motivation that she would be able to help clients from start to finish. Her enterprise began in February 2020 and has exploded over the past year with clients calling on a regular basis wanting her services.
